Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Inspose, you confirm that you are able to enter into a binding agreement and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts and Roles

Inspose supports Photographer and Client roles, which may be held individually or together on one account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans (Photographer Pro, Client Pro, and Bundle) are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Plan entitlements, limits, and pricing are described on our Pricing page and may change with notice. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the images, boards, templates, and other content you upload to Inspose ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant Inspose a limited license to host, store, and display it as necessary to operate the Service, including sharing it with collaborators you invite. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and share Your Content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using Inspose and cancel your subscription at any time from account settings.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspose is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Inspose after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
